After three years in the public accounting field, in 1990, he joined Symco as the RSM for the New Jersey and Delaware territory. In 2005, he became President of Symco and has been guiding and managing the company.

Joanna's journey started in the music and recording industry. Her interest in AV technology led to her roles in distribution and system integration, prompting her to achieve CTS certification from Avixa. She is excited to build on accumulated knowledge and experience in her role at Symco.

After graduating in Communications Engineering and Business Administration. Frank entered the sales field with MTI later to become Dage-MTI in 1969. He then started Symco in 1972 with Dage- MTI as his first line.

With more than 30 years of experience, Vince has worked as a design consultant, systems contractor and manufacturer’s representative in the corporate, healthcare, higher education and hospitality industries. His roots as a Control Systems programmer give him a unique perspective when it comes to the user experience as it relates to integrating the collaboration solutions of today.
