After three years in the public accounting field, in 1990, he joined Symco as the RSM for the New Jersey and Delaware territory. In 2005, he became President of Symco and has been guiding and managing the company.

After graduating in Communications Engineering and Business Administration. Frank entered the sales field with MTI later to become Dage-MTI in 1969. He then started Symco in 1972 with Dage- MTI as his first line.
